Centrele de Instruire si Recreere (C.I.R.) sunt amplasamente aflate sub administrarea Comunitatilor Mozaice din Romania, care, prin activitatile desfasurate si prin facilitatile pe care le pun la dispozitie, urmaresc coeziunea comunitatiilor si pastrarea traditiilor si a unitatii membrilor comunitatii mozaice.
